Racing Basics Overview

We won't review the general topics from the Ski racing parents handbook⁺⁺ but jump right into a few topics around Coaching Ski Racers⁺⁺ and take a look at equipment⁺⁺ and Ski boot setup⁺⁺, which is an important topic for ski racers and coaches. Then we'll do a review of all the fundamentals of skiing - for each, the most important sessions you can use to continuously work on them. Then we'll look at environment training and racing and start introducing tactics for GS and SL. These make a great season starter session...
