Thousand steps Pub

This is a relatively simple drill that will improve your balance on all four edges and weight transfer. You have to make as many steps as possible while turning, stepping off your inside edge of the downhill ski to the outside edge of the uphill ski.



Shifting your balance from ski to ski and from edge to edge will improve your balance on all 4 edges.
