You must continue to work to increase your range of motion and your balance: do each of these balance challenges at least 10 consecutive turns, at least 3 times per day until your balance improves so you can comfortably do these. At least... continuously challenging your balance is the best way to improve fast. It can get tiring though, so keep monitoring your level of fatigue.
