As we saw in the physics discussion, simply tipping the ski on edge and putting weight on it will cause it to turn. There are more variables that go into what type of turn we'll be making and such, but for now, that's all there is to making an effective ski turn - let's contrast that with all the ineffective movements that 99% of the skiers around you keep making (and likely... well, you too).
