As we saw in the physics discussion, simply tipping the ski on edge and putting weight on it will cause it to turn. There are more variables that go into what type of turn we'll be making and such, but for now that's all there is to making an effective ski turn - let's contrast that then with all the ineffective movements that 99% of the skiers around you keep making (and likely... well, you too).We'll look at the most common ineffective movements, contrast them with the corresponding effective movements and look at two basic ideas that will allow you to make the change and improve your skiing instantly!
