Let's do a quick review of the fundamental technique elements for ski racing, so skiing at the highest level. You will never stop working to improve these, not even as you get to the World Cup level. In fact, the higher up one gets, the more time they spend honing the basic skills.
You should always start the season with a 2-3 day review and workout of these technical elements and then continue working on them throughout the season. Weekly sessions are good but every day you should incorporate some of the workout elements into your free skiing and warm-up routines.
