Flex to transfer weight

Continued from Relax to transfer weight++.

On the face of it, if you simply flex the inside leg, at the knee, you'll either drop the hips into the turn or lift the foot off the ground… err, snow. Since the hips are supported by the body (inertia) and the other leg, you're most likely to lift the leg, if you do this quickly. If you do it slowly, most likely the body will get out of balance and you'd fall - if you don't compensate with some counterbalancing.
