Keep your feet together

We keep talking about tipping++ the skis on edge and skiing with the lower body and you must've noticed by now that we also ask you to flex your knees slightly, because this flexing++ helps tipping, as we've seen, and you can't really flex if the foot is forward and not under the hips! We keep the inside foot back by pulling it back, as it would otherwise like to shuffle forward through the turn, so let's explore the biomechanics around this important component of expert skiing and work on its awareness and improvement.
