Tipping the skis on edge is the single most important movement for every skier. We need to work on it as much as possible. Use this not only as a season starter, but try to sneak in a quick tipping workout session every now and then.
We will work on tipping both skis on edge and also on focusing on the inside ski and the biomechanics of tipping (i.e. Inversion and eversion in expert skiing++). The talks in this pathway will review the biomechanics of tipping and the drills and on snow sessions below are guaranteed to improve your edging and your skiing and carving, in general.
You should complement a tipping workout with an Inside ski management workout++.
